How do workspace plans work?
Each plan unlocks full access to the OpenGray Studio, telemetry dashboard, and automated evaluation runner with a fixed allocation of workspace evaluation units.
What happens if we reach our plan limit?
When your workspace allocation is reached, automated evaluation runs pause cleanly with a notification so you never incur surprise overage charges. You can upgrade or renew your plan at any time from your dashboard.
Can I cap usage per environment or CI pipeline?
Yes. Every project token can carry an optional allocation cap so a staging test loop cannot consume your production testing quota.
Which payment methods are supported?
Checkout is handled securely by our Merchant of Record partner, accepting major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Tax invoices are issued automatically.
Do you offer refunds?
Unused workspace plans can be refunded within 14 days of purchase in accordance with our refund policy.
